There’s a bar in downtown Seattle called Vessel. I’ve only been there a few times, but the bartender (who recently left) was Jamie Boudreau.
Well, it wasn’t until I started reading up on how he left Vessel, that I realized that this guy is in that category of “elite” bartenders. You don’t run across them very often, but when you do – you get to stand in awe of what they are able to mix and pour. He likes to refer to himself as a “molecular mixologist”.

With his post on the Mai Tai 3000, all I could think was: This guy is like a mad scientist, in an art class!
